This apartment has been planned as a permanent type family-friendly housing (40 units). Building forms to consider form to minimize the shade of the north are arranged dwelling units in terraced shape. And arranged green space on the roof, it was intended to contribute to the landscape from the north. Ensuring privacy of the surrounding, it is possible to be included contributing elements to the living environment, such as sunshine environment secure, it is designed as a sustainable model of building the future of the city.
