The 51 year-old dormitory turned into a shared rental complex accomodating 108 rooms combined the University International Dormitory that housed international and Japanese students as their supporters, with single society members and students. In order not to isolate residents, the common space was set up in the lounge and rooftop terrace to enable two-way interactions. Community with many residents naturally form cliques; but the zoning offers stress-free environment where daily communication is fostered among residents with different nationality, generation, cultural and sexual orientation.
