It is the whole country first trial for development of problem-solution-type model business on open call for participants with citizen cooperation by Yokohama-City. It aims at effective inflection of public assets for problem solutions, with a market control through talks with companies in advance of the call. Intending the mutual development of houses and town with condominium, community space and so on, considering neighborhood cooperation and harmony, the plan shows the way of an urban condominium combined with publicity, enjoying convenient redeveloped station square location.
