Evaluation

Inspired by a Chinese landscape painting to feel happy while viewing the scenery, the apartment is located between the city and the hill. To allow open space, a lobby and reading zone are set to facilitate light and air to spread to everywhere. At the end of every space hangs a painting to infuse art into daily life. Materials used, such as stones, wood, steel and glass are coordinated within one space to look agreeable with the exterior and interior to build up oriental cultural atmosphere and harmony between humans and nature.
