By considering the prefabricated bath a “boundary space connecting the inside and outside,” we have given an unprecedented degree of design freedom to maximize light, airflow, and scenic backdrop. We have enlarged the outer wall window, extended the ceiling height range so that the space meshes with the lavatory, and improved the sash material. We have aimed to meet the needs of client and designer, with a good fit and beautiful finish with trimmed corners and edges, all in a manufactured product.
