"Rakuzen" is Universal-designed tableware series. “Rakuzen bowl” is designed for easy to hold. It is developed by traditional craftsmen of Aizu lacquer, a product designer, and NPO which supports handicapped in Fukushima. Fingers will naturally fit the bottom of the bowl. It is easy to hold even for people with a weak grip or a wet hand. It's not tableware for care. It's tableware of the form that everybody is easy to use. To come up with this design, the developer consulted those with disabilities. We suggest a practical lacquer ware usage. It's a daily lacquer ware, not artworks.
