Evaluation

The use of silk cocoons that produce Thai silk for the lamp shade creates a Thai ambiance. The light that diffuses through the cocoons emphasizes their texture. The small shade and shadow created by the overlapping cocoons breathe life into this table lamp with a rather standard design.
