This is the first mid-scale office brand "REVZO" for rent by a developer. We provided a space where people can work freely in their own unique interior design, feel the connection with the changing "nature" and stay healthy both physically and mentally, and also a place for intellectual creation through exchange. We attempted to create a new prototype of an office.

This project is meaningful for exploring what is the universal form of "mid-scale office building", which we are struggling to find. A significant twist of this project is that the vertical flow lines and the core blocks of the equipment, which are usually located in the backside of the premises, are placed on both sides instead. This will bring sufficient lighting to office space from both the front and rear sides and natural ventilation therethrough. At the same time, by offsetting the columns from both sides, the office space is established in one span, and the ducts are omitted by using the space between the beams passing in the longitudinal direction as an open air chamber, ensuring a high ceiling height. In addition, the outdoor evacuation stairs and terraces, which usually become dead spaces, have been placed on the street side on the front of the premises to create a comfortable outside space. The project has obtained various effects by reorganizing elements of ordinary office buildings instead of introducing new elements. We highly evaluate these points considering that it indicates a new universal form of medium-sized office buildings.
