Evaluation

In order to solve issues of the logistics industry such as shortage of drivers and decline of loading ratio, a truck manufacturer who makes and sells trucks launched a new company. The company scouted shippers and carriers who were willing to cooperate, and loaded mixed consignments on one truck to improve the work environments of drivers. These efforts are highly favorable in terms of creating an opportunity to transform competition into cooperation. We were truly impressed with this manufacturer's wide perspective overviewing the entire logistics.
