Branding design for Osaka Metro, the formerly municipal system launched as a private subway system. Branding thoughts care both user and company member. For user, as the brand new face of Osaka, a good supporter who holds smooth and trouble-free transition for all users such as tourists from abroad and liver young and old. In other hands, for company member, as credit and clear action agenda. We developed the brand concept, nickname naming, corporate slogan, symbol mark and brand book. Nickname and symbol mark is developed signage of the train station, vehicles, collar chairs of station attendants and so on. Moreover, these contribute to brand fostering by blending into the scenery and daily life of the city.
