"Weltz-self" is a chair that moves safely and smoothly in any seating posture. It actively supports all kinds of user activities not only just in work spaces at offices and factories but also public facilities such as art museums and libraries. Mounting the large chair wheels near the seated body's center-of-gravity gives a small turning radius so users get superb turning right on the spot they want! The wide opening around the leg area is designed to prevent interference between the legs and frame when users move around by pushing off with their legs. Moreover to match different user body types, the seat surface is adjustable in 3 steps, and setting a seat depth shallower than regular chairs allows moving around smoothly while still seated.
