TOTO is one of the world's leading companies in water technology products for bathrooms and kitchens. Its history began in 1917, before the Japanese sewer system had been completed. With the desire to improve the Japanese living standards, TOTO began producing flush toilets. Over the course of almost 90 years, TOTO has developed a large number of revolutionary, groundbreaking products, the most famous of which is probably Washlet, which raised the standards of personal hygiene when it was introduced in 1980. Washlet, a personal hygiene integrated system with warm water bidet functions and a heated seat, was introduced in Japan in 1980. In twenty-five years, Washlet has proven to be a groundbreaking innovation that has radically changed what people expect from their bathroom. In fact the use of such systems in the home has burgeoned since its introduction. Like all universal design products, Washlet is very simple and pleasant to use.

Alongside the first model from 1980, TOTO now presents the latest version of Washlet with unequalled design and technical characteristics. TOTO's top of the line, NEOREST is equipped with the Cyclone jet flushing system to guarantee bowl cleanliness, further to this it is provided with a self-regulating warm water bidet function, and an automatically opening and closing lid.
