Process after 1st screening result to 2nd screening(2009/07/15)
Entries passing the 1st screening move on to the 2nd screening.
During July 15 to 22, applicants who passed the 1st screening finalize their necessary space and exhibition format (display package) for the 2nd Screening Panel and Good Design Expo to display their entries, advancing to the 2nd Screening. This can be done on their exclusive Entry Site.
Fees for the display packages, spaces, and electricity (if needed to activate the products) are required in addition to the second screening fee.

If applicants decide NOT move on to the 2nd screening, they need to withdraw their application before July 22. If they withdraw after July 22, the invoice is still valid and fees must be payed.
For the 2nd screening, applicants who passed 1st screening transport their entries and reference materials to the screening venue on August 26th, 2009, Japan time (No forward or later than the date.) If the entry is not transported on the appointed day, the entry will be automatically revoked.
* In this case, invoice for the 2nd screening (which includes exhibition fees) is still valid and the fee must be paid.
