Application Process

1) Complete filling in all the necessary information and images of your entry on your exclusive Entry Site.

2) Confirm application by clicking the 'APPLY' button of each entry by June 10th, 23:59 Japan time.

Please note that 'REGISTERED' entries are not considered as applied entries.
To finalize application, click 'APPLY' button.

3) Print out 'Application Confirmation Form' and submit to the secretariat via mail or fax by June 17th.
