2009 Good Design Awards: Display Packages and Exhibition Fees

All entries passing the first screening attend the second screening. Second screening is based on the actual entries. Entries are delivered and displayed at the screening venue.
Fees for the display packages, spaces, and electricity (if needed) are required in addition to the second screening fee.

• The organizer has arranged Display Packages for the optimal display of each entry. These package plans are designed ideally for the presentation of exhibited entries. Applicants are asked to use Display Package, as a general rule.
  Application instructions are as follows:
  1) Display Packages are available from 'A' to 'D'. Applicants select the package and its space size for the optimal display of their entries.
  2) If electricity is needed to activate the product, apply for necessary power source and power capacity.

Available Display Packages

The depth is fixed at 1 meter. Applicants can enlarge the width in multiples of 1-meter units.
Maximum width is 5-meter units.

Package B [Stage & Carpet] Price: 39,900 yen (1m x 1m) + Space fee (20,000 yen per m²) = 59,900 yen

Applicants can enlarge the depth and width in multiples of 1-meter units.

Package C [Floor Carpet] Price: 29,400 yen (1m x 1m) + Space fee (20,000 yen per m²) = 49,400 yen

Package D [Automobile Display] Price: 210,000 yen (D 6m x W 3m only) + Space fee (20,000 yen per m²) = 570,000 yen

• For entries that cannot use any Display Package because of their size or characteristics, the applicant shall apply as follows:
  1) Apply for the space allowing the optimal display of the entry.
  2) If electricity is needed, apply for necessary power source and power capacity.
  * If applying for space only, applicants need to come over to the venue and prepare all the display equipments (light, table, display stand, etc).
  * Apply at least 6 square meter or more. For less than 5 square meter, apply for Display Package.

20,000 yen (per square meter: D 1m x W 1m)

Electricity Charges

To install power source to your exhibition space, apply for the necessary (1) number of outlets and (2) power consumption (which involves (3) power line construction).
For using the power line only, apply for (2) power consumption (which involves (3) power line construction).
