2009 Good Design Awards: Transportation of Entries
Transportation of Entries to the Second Screening Venue
For the 2nd screening, applicants who passed 1st screening transport their entries and reference materials to the screening venue on August 26th, 2009, Japan time (No forward or later than 26th). If the entry is not transported on the appointed day, the entry will be automatically revoked.
* In this case, invoice for the 2nd screening (which includes exhibition fees) is still valid and the fee must be paid.
Entries must be delivered to the venue and to be displayed at the exact location of each. So there must be someone (or agent) who can take care of all the way from carry-in, unpack, display, setting up, package, to send back.
Therefore, in case applicants do not have an agent or a branch office to transport their entries in Japan, please apply to the affiliated transportation agency JIDPO introduce.
