2008 Good Design Awards: Display Packages and Exhibition Fees

  • The Organizer has arranged Display Packages for the optimum individual display of an actual product or embodiment for each subject entry. Applicants are asked to use an Display Package, as a general rule. Application instructions are as follows:

    • 1) Display Packages are available from 'A' to 'G'. Applicants select the package for optimum display of their subject entry.
    • 2) If electricity is needed for the Display Package, applicants apply for electric power also.

  • For entries that cannot use an Display Package because of their size or characteristics, the applicant shall apply as follows:

    • 1) Apply for the space allowing optimum display of the subject entry.
    • 2) If electricity is needed, apply for electric power also.

Package A
Package A (exhibition stand and lighting):
42,000 yen (1 m x 1 m)

The depth is fixed at 1 meter. The application can designate the width in multiples of 1-meter units.
 
Package B
Package B (floor stage and lighting):
42,000 yen (1 m x 1 m)

The depth is fixed at 1 meter. The application can designate the width in multiples of 1-meter units.
 
Package C
Package C (carpet and lighting):
38,000 yen (1 m x 1 m)

The depth is fixed at 1 meter. The application can designate the width in multiples of 1-meter units.
 
Package D
Package D (2 m x 2 m plan/carpet and lighting):
84,000 yen (2 m x 2 m)

Exhibition space is fixed at 2 meters by 2 meters.
 
Package E
Package E (3 m x 2 m plan/carpet and lighting):
110,000 yen (3 m x 2 m)

Exhibition space is fixed at 3 meters wide by 2 meters deep.
 
Package F
Package F (floor stage, lighting, and panel stand):
46,000 yen (1 m x 1 m)
The depth is fixed at 1 meter. The application can designate the width in multiples of 1-meter units.
 
Package G
Package G (automobile display)
210,000 yen (width: 3 m x depth: 6 m)
 

  • Exhibition Space

    20,000 yen (per square meter; width: 1 m x depth: 1 m)

    Electricity Charges

    For the installation of power outlets in your exhibition space, apply for 1) number of outlet units, 2) wattage for trunk work, and 3) power consumption. For trunk work only, apply for 2) wattage for trunk work, and 3) power consumption.

    • 1) Power outlet charge: 1,500 yen (per unit; two outlets)
    • 2) Power supply trunk: 5,000 yen (0.5 kW max.), 10,000 yen (1 kW max.); additional 10,000 yen per incremental kW.
    • Electricity usage: 2,000 yen (per kW)
