[ Package C: Carpet + Lights ] Close  The package plan includes a carpet to place an entry and one spotlight. Apply for the necessary width and area for a proper display of the entry within the carpet space (1 m x 1m provides a 900mm square carpet). This package is used for exhibiting heavy items and especially for entries requiring anchorage to the floor. A separate application is required for bolt fastenings to the floor. The frame and arm of the spotlight may not be used to hang anything like descriptive panels. Fixtures to describe the entry are allowed, but within a height of 1,400 mm for display within the exhibit space. The subject entry itself may be taller than 1,400 mm. No ornamental fixtures for the entry are permitted. Only necessary retaining fixtures to exhibit the entry are permitted. Electrical power for the spotlight and the exhibit are separate. If power is required for the entry e.g. operation of electronic appliances, please apply. In that case, applicants need to prepare an adaptor transformer and Japanese style plug-in.
