[ Package B: Stage + Lights ] Close  The package plan includes a floor stage to mount an entry and one spotlight. Apply for this package to display a tall entry. Package C should be considered, however, for any entry that could fall over from contact with visitors, or either sustain damage or cause injury to visitors by falling over. Apply for the necessary width and area for a proper display of the entry on the floor stage (1 m x 1m provides a 900mm square floor stage). For an application of 1 m x 2 m or more, the floor stage will be 1,800 mm wide for continuous space equivalent to two 900mm square floor stages. The frame and arm of the spotlight may not be used to hang anything like descriptive panels. Fixtures to describe the entry are allowed, but within a height of 1,400 mm for display within the exhibit space. The subject entry itself may be taller than 1,400 mm. No ornamental fixtures for the entry are permitted on the floor stage. Only necessary retaining fixtures to exhibit the entry are permitted. Electrical power for the spotlight and the exhibit are separate. If power is required for the entry e.g. operation of electronic appliances, please apply. In that case, applicants need to prepare an adaptor transformer and Japanese style plug-in.
