The large dump truck with a deepened "Rigid to Flexible" design philosophy to ensure load capacity and durability. Loading capacity and durability can be ensured by using tough abrasion resistant steel plates for panels and cross members, and by adopting three division structure of deck in addition to reduction of stiffeners and R (round) type integrated structure.

Evaluation

The cargo bed of dump truck, whose form nobody had never had a doubt about, has been drastically redesigned. The situations surrounding transportation by dump trucks include many issues such as chronic shortage of labor and accidents due to overloading, which are becoming social concerns. We highly admired the company's finding a solution to increase loading capacity to solve these issues by thinking out of the box and changing the design concept. The reduction of supportive frameworks by using high-strength abrasion-resistant steel plate, and the integral structure utilizing a curved surface do not just make sense technically, but also improve its beauty.
