Outline: This mattress is designed for simple breakdown to support disposal in consideration of recycling to reduce bulky waste. The simple breakdown process takes just 6 minutes (compared to 55 minutes for conventional mattresses), representing a work efficiency improvement of 89%. The concept promotes effective resource usage after the end of product life.

Evaluation

One of the items that industrial waste treatment companies struggle to dispose of is mattresses with coils. As each coil is covered with non-woven fabric, even professionals take a substantial amount of time to separate materials. However, with this mattress, separation can be easily completed in six minutes so that people can dispose of it by themselves. We truly hope that this structure will be mandatory and become a standard hereafter as a commonsense matter about mattresses, and many companies will be aware of this issue.
