Outline: This is a practical education microscope. Practical lab education places a heavy burden on instructors who must teach beginners to use a microscope. Students bear the burden of setting up and putting away their microscopes for each lesson. These issues have been resolved with intuitive shapes and displays for controls, a lightweight and portable body, and beautifully designed accessory storage.

Evaluation

In this entry-level microscope designed for use in practical education settings, consideration has been given to creating an interface that is user-friendly and facilitates teaching, as well as to its ease of storage and portability as a tool for shared use.
