The product developed for this project is a set of popular sake vessels comprised of a lipped bowl and sake cups. However, this seemingly standard set includes unique innovations unseen before. While regular lipped bowls have a spout extending outside the vessel, Yamaguchi has proposed a new way to pour using a slit with carefully designed angles allowing the sake to be poured smoothly.
