People who have food allergies or who do not can eat our rice flour bread together. Using our fermentation and baking technology, we pursued baking colors like wheat bread and soft fluffy texture as bread. It is a delicious rice flour bread than ever and which is allergy-friendly, using Japanese rice flour 100% without using 7 specific allergens that cause food allergies. We provide the pleasure that all the family can eat the same food. Also, we would like to create situation that they can eat (purchase) at hotels, in-flight meals, schools, grocery stores, aiming to become a daily choice by using distribution network so far. We intend that the rice flour bread to be a solution to social problems of food allergy that is occurring not only in Japan but also in the world.
