The Ashiyahama Complex was a model project of industrialized housing in the 70's based on modernism. The entrance redesign works were carried out in conjunction with the repair work of the outer wall because 35 years passed since construction. The entrance consists of a pouch with two eaves for fall prevention and a pilotie that is the entrance of the residence and an EV hall, We put into one place the functions of the entrance and used aluminum panel of industrial product, and constructed space with unit aiming to improve convenience, promote new residents and create new value,
