A plan of the efficiency studio apartment consisting of 7stories and 44units which is in relatively high density district of the city centre. This apartment located in the close place from the nearest station and faces to the park through a 6m road,so it is easy to gain comfortable and good house environment even though being around city centre. So our aim is not only studio apartment business but also we united with a park and town by this plan and restore the vigour and improve fundamental of cityscape. How we confront to road and park was our main subject.
