The basis of Washoku, or Japan cuisine, UMAMI=DASHI is attracting the attention of the cooks of the world as its inscription on UNESCO’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage raises expectations. As one answer to how we can convey the time-honoured orthodox DASHI to the peoples of the world, we have created a drip-type where you can drink the dashi’s umami straight. With Japan’s first drip-type DASHI, you can easily reproduce ‘real’ DASHI anytime, anywhere, just as easily as you would make tea or coffee.
