Outline

Google Chromecast is a $35-dollar digital media player in the form of a dongle that connects to your TVs HDMI port. It streams audio and video content directly to your TV via Wi-Fi from the Internet or local network. Users select media to play from a mobile or web app, including Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, YouTube, and hundreds more. No cumbersome remote controls are necessary as content is navigated from your own smartphone or tablet.

Evaluation

This product has quite simply defined the relationship between a TV set and Internet user in the era of cloud computing. The degree of perfection of this product, which users can enjoy without being forced to make any complicated connections, is of the highest value. This product planning has enabled the device itself to be quite a compact structure. The design certainly implies the presence of the device in the era where a device can be connected to the Internet. When connected to HTMI port, its color coordination and easy-to-hook form make the user feel the integration of product design, which is also highly valued.
